The goal here is to narrow your list down to the top 2 or 3 vendors. List out key functionality, and be able to communicate how it will or will not meet the needs of key stakeholders across the organization. Understand the Compromises You Need to Make

Unfortunately not every fintech solution will meet the needs of everyone. It is important to understand any potential limitations of the software and inform the stakeholders who it will impact. Schedule Your Implementation Planning Meetings

It might take several preparation meetings to ensure everyone understands the new banking solution and is onboard with the change that is coming.
